Helping lead a small studio from having limited large scale, content-managed site experience to one of the region's premier interactive houses. Promoted to Senior Designer during first year at firm to lead the planning, design and oversight of development for award-winning Web sites, micro sites, Flash applications and other interactive presentations. Roles included site mapping, wireframing, detailed design development, site programming, workflow management, and business development. In addition to creative awards for the firm, solutions also garnered high profile attention and accolades for clients at their own industry awards/conventions. Promoted to Director of Interactive Strategy to lead comprehensive effort to grow the firm's interactive business by supporting sales force with tools, knowledge and strategies. Role also included strategic creative planning of major interactive projects in house, as well as proposal support, project scoping and other management duties.
